Opt-In and Consent

Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. Message and data rates may apply. TradeMade Brand Company is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out

Client Services
Service Agreements
All client engagements are governed by a separate Client Service Agreement signed prior to the start of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement controls.
Payment
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are outlined in your Client Service Agreement or proposal. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Deliverables and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, TradeMade transfers ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for the client (such as logos, website designs, and copywritten content). TradeMade retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, templates, systems, methodologies, and proprietary tools used in the delivery of services, including but not limited to the Brand Triad, RTR System, and any lead generation or automation infrastructure.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and any materials (photos, copy, brand assets) needed to complete work. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of TradeMade.

Our website content, including blog posts, resources, and lead magnets, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Results described in case studies or testimonials represent individual outcomes and are not guaranteed.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on our website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeMade Brand Company and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
